Alisa Premier Cruise is the best cruise among hundreds and cruises in Halong Bay. We really had an Incredible experience in Halong Bay. Amazing Cruise, very friendly and helpful staff, top accommodation. It was the high peak of our vacation and despite the clouds, the experience was memorable. Special thanks to our great guide Hung and to all the staff present on our journey, we would definitely recommend for a wonderful experience.

배가 다른 배들에 비해 외관이 크고 깔끔했습니다. 뷔페식으로 나오는 식사도 가짓 수가 많진 않지만 전체적으로 맛이 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 또, 무엇보다 우리의 전담 가이드였던 Robert Hưng에게 최고의 찬사를 보내고 싶습니다. 여행 내내 부족하거나 불편한 것이 없는지 꼼꼼히 물어보며 케어하고, 끊임없이 소통하려 노력하는 모습이 참 좋았습니다. :)

10월 초 1박2일 가족여행 다녀 왔어요. 1박2일동앗 맑기도하고 흐리기도하고 비도오고 했지만 각각의 날씨가 모두 특징적인 운치가 있어 아주 좋았습니다. 알리사 크루즈 프리미어는 조금은 연륜이 느껴지는 배였지만 아주편안하고 여유로운 여행의 동반자 였습니다. 우리의 가이드 thuy는 너무나 친절하고 철저하게 우리를 잘 가이드 해 주었습니다. 그리고 한국에서부터 직접예약을 도와주고 여행 마무리까지 친절히 챙겨준 Anna pham 도 너무나 감사합니다.

저는 알리사 프리미엄을 이용했구요~ 알리사 프리미엄 직원인 anna 를 통해서 예약했더요. 아침에 호텔로 밴이 픽업하러 오면 타고 선착장까지 가는 시스템이에요~가면 직원들 소개와 일정을 알려주고 점심을 먹으며 배가 이동해요 ^^ 점심을 다 먹고 나서는 송솟동굴 아라는 곳에 가는데 한국분들 손 선풍기 필수입니다 ^^ 동굴안은 시원하지만 올라가는데 정말 힘이 듭니다. 그 이후에는 선상에서 쿠킹클래스, 칵테일 해피아워 저녁식사가 이어지구요~후기 보고 저녁양이 적다고 해서 컵라면을 챙겨갔는데 생선도 리필해주고 충분히 먹었어요. 화이트 와인도 보틀로 하나 시키고 커피 망고스무디 등등 추가로 먹었는데 비싸지 않았네요. 액티비티 일정은 원하지 않으면 참가하지 않아도 괜찮아요~전 송솟동굴 다녀와서 지쳐서 카약과 다음날 아침 티톱섬은 가지 않았어요~ 그냥 배에서 하롱베이 전경을 보는 것도 너무 좋았습니다. 음식이 참 맛이 괜찮았구요 기대보다 좋은 서비스에 좋았어요~픽업 기사님도 너무 친절하십니다. 중간중간 일정 잘 하고 있는지 안부를 물어준 ❤️anna ❤️에게 너무 고마워요 ^_^ 다음에 가족들과 또 한번 방문하고 싶네요~~

엄마랑 동생이랑 셋이서 처음으로 떠나는 해외여행이였습니다. 사실 가격이 좀 많이 부담되어서 끝까지 고민하다가 가격이 올라서 결국 이틀 전에 몇만원 더 비싸게 주고 가게 되었습니다. 결론은 너무 좋은 선택이였습니다. 엄마도 계속 다음에 남동생 데리고 또 오자고 그러시고, 동생은 마지막 점심을 먹을 때 이 배에 숨어있다가 하루 더 있고 싶다 할 정도로 행복했습니다. 새벽에 슬리핑 버스를 타고 하롱에 도착하는 일정이라 많이 불안했는데 Nancy 라는 분이 계속 저희랑 연락하면서 챙겨주시고, 도와주셔서 안전하게 선착장에 도착할 수 있었습니다. 배를 처음 탔을 때 점심도 정말 맛났고, 승솟 동굴에서 Thuy 님이 가이드 해주셨는데 설명도 재밌고, 사진도 잘 찍어주셔서 고마웠습니다. 새벽에 일어나서 태극권 수업을 들었는데 Joe 가 친절하게 가르켜줘서 고마웠습니다. 재밌고 특별한 경험이 되었습니다. 다른 크루분들도 항상 반갑게 인사해주시고 제가 고프로 카메라 렌즈가 안빠져서 낑낑대고 있으니깐 다들 우르르 모여서 도와주시고 감사했어요..! 일정이 빡빡하다는 후기가 많아서 걱정했는데 저는 오히려 생각보다 널널했고 적당했던 것 같습니다. 그래도 가장 기억에 남는 일은 새벽에 자다 눈을 떴는데 일출이 바로 옆에 있었습니다. 너무 예뻐서 넋놓고 바라보다 반신욕 했는데.... 행복했습니다...ㅇ-<-<

A lovely time on boat with Alisa Premier Cruise ! Everything was great especially the food and people on boat. All are very friendly and good young looking people. Our room was on the 2nd deck so we got a big view which was really pleasant to me for my morning favorite " morning coffe time" . Itinerary would be perfect if can extend longer but over all very pleasant stay.

Can not fine anything wrong

This was an amazing experience and I wish we could have stayed longer. The room was lovely and you can tell that it's definitely one of the nicer boats on the bay. One of the people that I was traveling with was a vegetarian and I've never seen a place be more accommodating for this. While she couldn't eat many of the things on the buffet meals, she was given special food from the kitchen and often got more than she would eat!

This cruise was amazing. We spent so much time trying to decide which cruise to book and did not regret our decision. Everything was amazing. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. The room was a good size with large bathroom. We did the cave tour and walked to the top of Titop Island which were great - there was plenty of time, we never felt rushed. The staff was lovely.

Alisa Premier Cruise is very beautiful cruise on Ha Long Bay of Vietnam. one of the natural wonders of the world. The coach from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay was very smooth and comfortable. Lodging was very neat and clean. Our cabin was with private balcony, i loved lying in bed seeing the view through balcony. Views are breathtaking. There is also a shower tub to enjoy the view while bathing. A very well designed schedule of activites such as kayaking, Pearl farm visit, cooking class (personal attention) , squid fishing and cave hiking. combination of cruise and land activites were amazing deal. Thank you Alisa Cruise. Food was delicious , wide spread of local and continental food. I am vegetarian , still I had tons of food option. I would like to give credit to Mr. Nguyen Hoan (Tony) for his special attention and eye for detail. He keeps in mind that I doesn't have meat and sea food. Member of crew are very polite , kind and great enthusiasm. Fabulous team. I would like to give 5 stars rating to cruise for ever smiling, hard working and most efficient crew member Mr. Nguyen Hoan (Tony). He has enhanced our experience of stay at Cruise. This was the highlight of our holiday in Vietnam. Our booking was confirmed promptly by Nancy who also organized payment and transfers from Hanoi. The overnight cruise was very well organized with fun activities and enough time for relaxing in our beautiful cabin. The crew were incredibly friendly and helpful. The meals were delicious and very generous. It was lovely to celebrate a special occasion on this cruise. Booking directly with Mr. Kenny Lee was the best way to get secure booking and good deal.

가족과 함께 베트남 하노이 여행을 하면서 알리사 프리미엄 크루즈를 예약하게 되었습니다. 예약하는 과정에서 "Anna"와 연락이 닿아 궁금한 것 물어보며 예약을 잘 마칠 수 있었습니다. 호텔에서 크루즈 타는 곳까지 4시간 정도 걸리는데 리무진 버스를 예약해서 가는데 버스 좌석도 넓어 편하게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 다만 베트남 현지 운전문화가 험해서 무섭기는 했습니다 ㅋㅋ 저희가 이용한 방은 시니어 스위트 프라이빗 발코니룸이었는데 윗층에 있는 방에 비해 개인 발코니에 나가면 물가가 바로 보여 풍경을 감상하기 너무 좋았습니다. 여러가지 활동들도 재미있었고 직원들 모두 친절하였습니다. 또한 음식들도 훌륭했습니다. 저희 가족들은 음료로 생과일 쥬스를 많이 시켜 먹었는데 한국에서 마시는 쥬스와는 달리 당이 거의 가미되지 않은 듯하면서도 잘 익은 과일맛이 잘 느껴지는 생과일 쥬스라 다들 만족스러워 했습니다. 가시면 망고쥬스 꼭 시켜드세요 ㅋㅋ 알리사 크루즈 덕분에 여행 잘 하고 왔습니다 ^^

Durante il mio breve viaggio nel Nord del Vietnam ho optato per una breve crociera nella baia di Halong e per questa ho scelto Alisa Premier per rapporto qualità-prezzo. Prenotato online e pagato, come da loro richiesta, anticipatamente. Non è possibile infatti pagare in loco, a detta loro per evitare inconvenienti con il collegamento del pos, ecc.. (chi ci crede...). Comunque tutto ok, sono venuti a prenderci la mattina in hotel, pagando un supplemento (35 $), con il limousine bus. Viaggio comodo e piacevole, con una sosta intermedia. Arrivati ad Halong ed espletate le formalità del check in siamo saliti sulla barca. Ottima l'accoglienza, con buffet di benvenuto, presentazione dello staff, spiegazione dell'itinerario di viaggio e delle varie tappe della mini-criociera. Successivamente assegnazione delle camere: noi avevamo prenotato una junior suite, situata a poppa, ampia, confortevole e pulitissima. Molto bello il balcone sul retro con tavolino e sedie. Circa mezz'ora dopo è iniziato il programma della giornata: prima sosta a Titop Island, dove è possibile salire fino al punto panoramico e scattare bellissime foto, happy hour sul ponte, seconda sosta con spettacolare gita libera in kayak, al rientro dimostrazione di Vietnamese cooking, cena a buffet e dopo cena, per chi voleva, pesca al calamaro. La mattina dopo sveglia presto, colazione, visita alle grotte, pranzo, rientro in porto, check out e ritorno ad Hanoi. Programma dunque ricco, forse fin troppo, a volte i tempi sono davvero serrati e di relax poco o niente. Certo si può scegliere di saltare qualcosa ma sfido chiunque a rimanere in stanza. Tutto sommato comunque ci siamo divertiti, l'organizzazione è ottima e il cibo da 10 e lode, il migliore provato in Vietnam, nonché abbondante. Ogni poco ci servivano qualcosa da mangiare e il buffet era sempre diverso. Segnalo solo che le bevande non sono incluse e vanno pagate a parte al momento del check out. Staff super, gentilissimo e disponibilissimo in ogni momento. Unica piccola pecca il wi-fi disponibile solo al bar sul ponte superiore e piuttosto lento ma nella baia, a detta loro, non è facile avere segnale. Peccato anche per il tempo che ha caratterizzato i due giorni, ma si sa, fa parte del rischio e ovviamente non dipende da loro.

En sak som Hotels.com borde informera kunderna om är att om man stannar två nätter så kommer man att spendera dag 2 på en annan båt. Mellan kl 8-16 kommer man att åka med en annan båt som kör endast dagsutflykter. Den information fick inte vi och detta krånglade för oss annars var allt super bra.

Stunning boat!! Great value for money, the rooms are gorgeous, the staff are friendly and there are so many activities you can join in with if you want to! Excellent food and beautiful boat and nice cabin. Definitely worth it! Kenny Lee gave us good price and it is the best way to book the boat directly with him.

Internet is very slow on the boat and it is the normal and not their faults and the same with all other cruise boats ( Mountainous area and using mobile Internet on boat)

식사는 전체적으로 만족스러웠고, 세부 투워후 바로바로 샤워를 할수 있어 매우좋았음^^ 객실별로 개인 발코니가 있어 커피를 마시며 경치구경이 매우 좋았음! 특히 인솔 가이드인 콩의 여유로운 배려와 베트남인의 자존심이 특히 맘에 들었음!

오픈한지 8개월 밖에 안되어서 그런지 이동하는 보트,구명조끼가 새거라서 쓸 때 기분이 좋았어요.셔틀버스도 다른 크루즈보다 훨씬좋고 쾌적해요.4시간이동이 매우 편하게 느껴져요.주변에 다니는 크루즈들보다 훨씬 크고 깨끗하서 뭔가 기분좋아요.시설이나 직원들이나 너무나도 좋았어요.하롱베이 진짜 완전 이뻐요. 제가 하노이 돌아가는 셔틀에 캐리어가 안실려있더라고요.너무 불안했는데 셔틀내려달라고 요청한 숙소로 연락해주시고 나중에 확인해보니 메일로 걱정말라고 연락줬더라구요.다른 셔틀에 실어보내주셨다고구요.Julia씨 고마워요~일처리가 매우 빨라서 감동이었어요.혹시라도 고민하고 있으시다면 완전 추천해요! 다른 크루즈보다 훨씬 좋습니다.

We booked the trip via Mr. Kenny Lee, the busy manager but he is very honest and generous. The cabin he booked for us was just amazing with reasonable price. As this was our first trip to Vietnam, we Know nothing about Hanoi nor Halong bay. So we figured to have everything arranged through Alisa. From the minute the shuttle picked us up, CONG our guide made such an impact on the trip. We love how he guided us, and the way the cruise was planned out. Perfect cabin and extremely clean and so beautiful. For out opinion Alisa Premier is the most beautiful in Halong Bay in 2017 when we saw all others are much older and smaller. We highly recommend this cruise for anyone looking for a quality time with your spouse and should book directly with Mr. Kenny Lee or his staff.

Alisa Premier is a lovely boat (ship) and is definitely one of the prettiest boats in the Halong Bay area. But whats even better is the staff and the service on the boat. Our tour guide, Kong, was absolutely brilliant. Very knowledgeable and entertaining. James is an excellent manager and his friendly team on the boat made us feel very comfortable. Sum, Mr. Vodka and the Tai Chi Master deserve a special mention for making our stay special. The food and cocktails were very good and the room was nice and clean. All in all we have a great time and would love to go back.

Morning schedule is a little cramped on the second day

Habíamos leído tantas cosas sobre los timos en los cruceros que nuestra mayor preocupación era que nos cambiaran de barco. Y así fue. Habíamos contratado con Alisa Cruise y nos metieron en el Alisa Premier Cruise ya que el otro estaba en rehabilitación. FUE EL CAMBIAZO PERFECTO. Imaginamos que el otro barco estaría bien de cualquier manera, ya que tenía buena pinta, pero solo podemos decir maravillas de nuestro barco. La bienvenida, presentación y posteriores actividades (un no parar para quien decida estar en todas como nosotros, quien no, se puede quedar disfrutando de la tranquilidad del barco en las tranquilas aguas de Halong Bay) de 10, el personal de 11, comida más que aceptable y la habitación (en nuestro caso una senior twin con bañera de hidromadaje y dicha aparte, balcón a ras del agua y dos camas, todo muy espacioso) genial. Precio similar a otros cruceros de muchísima menos calidad, de lo cual nos dimos cuenta durante la travesía. Nuestro guía en las excursiones, Kong, muy amable y cachondo mental, siempre con bromas y amenizando las pequeñas salidas a ver cuevas, hacer kayaking... Especial mención para el chico que nos atendió desde el principio, SAM, un joven vietnamita, bellísima persona, que hizo que la estancia fuera más mágica si cabe. 100% recomendable. Con este no te equivocas Nos dieron el cambiazo...pero no siempre son malos

After taking the Alisa Premier Cruise has been completely satisfied with our wise choice to book this perfect cruise. Perfect team took a outstanding 5 stars service. With an A+ even for a brand new cruise as they were really surprised us how smooth the service goes every single day from our very first moment being Collected up from Hanoi to the entire trip 2 days 1 night. We would recommend other fellow couple like us to take the Senior Suite on the 2nd floor. What s a nice cabin with an amazing widely window running cross over the entire room. After the trip we were amazed to greet by Mr. Kenny Lee the owner with his personal thank letter and gave us a promise special promotion for our coming trip. Great for the price and guarantee for the quality. Kenny arranged an amazing trip on his brand-new of Alisa Premier Cruise and this is really the nicest 5 star cruise in Halong bay now. Beautiful cabin with private balcony and Jacuzzi bathtub and shower was excellent. Alisa Premier Cruise is much better almost other 5 star hotels in Vietnam

Fantastic cruise!! Everything about it was great! It really is worth spending the extra and booking this cruise! The boat we were on was only 2 weeks old as they are refurbishing the one in the photos. It was beautiful! All the staff were so helpful and did everything to make our stay extra special. We had Robert as our tour guide and he did such a fantastic job! He was full of energy and always coming over to us to make some we were happy and comfortable. Internet is slow but it is the case for all other boats in Halong bay because they can not use the cable on the boat.

Perfect and Alisa Premier Cruise is the best and most beautiful cruise in 2017

처음 예약할 때는 몰랐는데, 저희가 탄 건 운행 열흘밖에 안 된 최신 크루즈였습니다. (크루즈가 2개 있음) 덕분에 아주 깨끗한 시설에서 친절한 직원들과 좋은 시간을 보냈습니다. 동굴 탐험이라든가, 카약킹, 요리만들기 등 체험도 재미있었고, 가이드(Mr. Cong) 분 이외에 모든 직원들이 정말 친절했습니다. 아직까지는 한국 사람이 전체 중 3팀밖에 없고 서양 사람이 많아서, 한국말이 잘 안 될 수 있습니다. 불편할 정도는 아닙니다. 저희한테는 오히려 좋았습니다.
